Sharon Pegg is Managing Director of Northern Powerhouse Consulting LTD. She has over 20 years experience in Human Resources specialising in diversity and inclusion. Sharon is considered to be a thought leader in this area, consulting on many white papers for the Government in areas of disability, gender and LGBT+.

During her career Sharon has supported many organisations on their way to success and recognised through the following frameworks: BITC Race and Gender, Top Employers, Time Top 50 Employers for Women, Stonewall, Disability Standard for Local Government and CPA.

Join us and understand the basics around equality, diversity and inclusion and how this links to good practice and influences change. Find out how the moral and business case links to high performing organisations and creates a cultute of respect.

During this session, we will also identify the challenging issues of a changing UK demographic and the impact of social mobility helping you to build strategies for for the future. The session will include the following topics:
