Hosted by the Moray Violence against Women & Girls Partnership this free, online conference will explore the current legal, political, social & technological barriers to ending violence against women & girls.
Equally Safe: Closing the Gap offers practitioners a chance to hear firsthand from those researching how we overcome such obstacles. It will include inputs on how the Scottish legal system could better support the survivors of VAWG, discussion of how gender equality is under attack worldwide, survivor’s voices & explore how technology is reinvigorating misogyny.
