Irrespective of age, background, ethnicity and experience, we are all part of the bigger picture—the multi-generational, multi-cultural Church of Jesus Christ.
Equipped helps you to find, and equips you to fulfil, your unique place, using a combination of theological and applied teaching from a number of excellent and experienced practitioners.
Organised and run in south east Kent by a collaboration of evangelical churches, Equipped originally grew out of Moorlands College’s desire to support the teaching of local churches beyond their Bachelors and Masters programmes. Since 2011, Equipped has proven overwhelmingly popular and is now run at a number of locations across the UK.
Equipped will take place on the first Tuesday of every month, 7:30–9:30pm, from 4 October 2016 until 6 June 2017. Cost per session is £5 per session on the door (cash only), or book all nine sessions in advance by 3 October 2016 for just £40.
Over nine sessions, we’ll explore topics such as the Father’s heart; sonship and identity; forgiveness; living a Holy Spirit-filled life; walking in God’s plan; the power of God’s word; called to be salt and light; grace; the Kingdom of God; and worship.
Our teaching team will include David West, a member of New Life Church, Tunbridge Wells; Eric Parker, Regional Church Life Advisor for Apostolic Church; Ginny Laws, a member of Cheriton Baptist Church; and Dave Barker, Senior Leader at Cheriton Baptist Church.
