Who is the trainer?
This course will be delivered by Shonagh Reid, Founder and Director of Spotlight Inclusion, an equity, diversity and inclusion consultancy that supports the cultural sector to create inclusive environments through collaboration and effective strategy.
Shonagh has an extensive background in leadership in the arts and education and sits on cultural boards as Vice Chair of Talawa Theatre Company and Chair of MishMash Productions.
