This event brings together Beyond Equality and InnovateHer - two organisations challenging the status quo in their own spaces. Where InnovateHer is focused on unlocking opportunity for women and girls - especially in the tech sector - Beyond Equality is doing the deep work of rethinking masculinities for men and boys, inclusive leadership and men’s allyship can look like from the inside out.
We both know that equity is the missing piece in a lot of workplace inclusion efforts. You can’t just bring more ‘diverse’ people into a space that wasn’t designed for them to thrive. And you can’t change cultures without working with everyone in the system.
That’s where this collab makes sense.
