Come and join the Emancipated Run Crew as we join forces with Croydon BME Forum to move Croydon with a bi-weekly run in South Norwood.

This easy run is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all participants.

The pace will be relaxed, allowing you to comfortably complete the 5k run.

Whether you're aiming to improve your endurance or simply enjoy a leisurely jog, this event is for you.
