Where will the event take place?

The ERP HEADtoHEAD™ event will take place in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes. Milton Keynes is just 30 minutes by fast train from Central London. If travelling by car, the hotel is just off M1, 12-minutes from junction 14, and 35 minutes from London Luton airport.

Is there car parking available at the event?

Accepted Answer

Car parking at the event is run by a third party, MK1 Parking, use car park W2 or S1.  Download and use the free RingGo app or call 0203 046 0010. To obtain a reduced rate of £5 for 12 hours, search and enter the location code ‘ 63464 ’. All car parks are cashless, and payment is taken by RingGo.

How do you  get the most from the event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend that you book the 2 days out in your calendar so that you are not disturbed. There will be plenty of time to network with the vendors and other delegates. Each vendor will have a dedicated stand in the exhibition area, where you can meet with them and discuss your requirements.

Can I attend for only one day or just selected sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is up to you as to how many days or sessions that you attend. Payment is for the 2 days regardless of how many sessions you attend.

Question 5

How will I decide which demonstrations to attend?

Accepted Answer

All vendors  take part in an ‘Elevator Speech’ on Day 1, they will introduce themselves and present a summary of their USP's to convince delegates why it would be a good idea to attend their presentation. if you would like guidance, the Lumenia team can advise you as to which sessions to attend.

What is the cost for the event and are discounts available?

Accepted Answer

Early bird offers are available and discounts for companies with more than 2 delegates. Register early to avail of the best discounts! Any questions or looking to send 4+ delegates please email info@erpheadtohead.com.

Question 7

Can other ERP vendors, consultants or job seekers attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Sorry, unfortunately not. As per our T&C’s, attendance at the event will be limited to organisations that are potential buyers of ERP.

What vendors and products will be presented?

Accepted Answer

SAP S/4HANA Cloud  & MS Dynamics F& SCM from Delaware, SAP Business One from Seidor, Epicor ERP from Aspera Solutions, IFS Cloud form IFS, Oracle NetSuite from OSSM, Sage X3 from MySoft and Infor software, amongst others.

Question 9

Can I cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and registration fees paid are refundable up to 7 days before the event start date.  Lumenia are not liable to you for any non-attendance of your delegates for any reason.
