Description

The awards are now closed for entries and the shortlist has been announced at the ERSA AGM on 19th April. The press list for the shortlist can be viewed here.

The awards, now in their sixth year, aim to celebrate and champion best practice from across the employment related services sector, highlighting the day-to-day hard work and dedication of individuals and organisations in the sector working together to help jobseekers in their journey towards, or into employment. The headline sponsor is Clarion Futures

The ERSA Employability Awards welcomes applications from all organisations supporting jobseekers into employment or to progress in work, whether in the criminal justice system, health service, housing associations, employers, local authorities, JCP, training providers, IAG, colleges or universities. Your organisation can be from the public, charity, social enterprise or private sector. You do not have to be a member of ERSA and there is no charge to apply.

The awards have been reviewed by the following judging panel;

• Ashwin Kumar, Chief Economist, Joseph Rowntree Foundation
• Gill Holmes, Head of Contracted Employment Division, DWP
• Tabitha Jay, Director, Work and Health Unit
• Adrian Bailey, Adviser of the Year Award winner 2017, Prisoners Abroad

  • Each finalist receives up to two tickets for the awards ceremony.
  • All communications will be between ERSA and the submitting organisation, who should in turn pass on any information to the finalists.
  • Additional tickets can be purchased for £75 plus VAT per person and will include a standing drinks reception, nibbles and a seated presentation of the award winners.
