FACEBOOK EVENT: https://www.facebook.com/events/1386261188070385/
Jinkx Monsoon is the stage name name of Jerick Hoffer, a drag performer, actor, and the winner of the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race. Hoffer identifies as genderqueer and prefers they/them pronouns when out of drag. Their drag character, Jinkx, identifies as Jewish. Hoffer suffers from narcolepsy, which they revealed in the season premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race.
Jinkx first performed in drag when they were 15 at the underage nightclub, Escape. They appeared as the lead dancer in the world's largest drag queen chorus line, which made the Guinness Book of World Records. By 2012, they had advanced to roles in Seattle theaters, playing Moritz in "Spring Awakening" (produced by Balagan Theatre), Angel in "RENT" (produced by The 5th Avenue Theatre) and starring in Hedwig and the Angry Inch (produced by Balagan Threatre and Seattle Theater Group).
A trained singer, Hoffer is half of the musical duo The Vaudevillians, a 1920s revival act, created by Hoffer and their musical partner Richard Andriessen. After their RPDR win, they booked The Vaudevillians for one night only at the Laurie Beechman Theater off Broadway, NYC. That one night show sold out for 6 months, enjoying 6 extensions.
SUPPORT: CHERRY LIQUOR. That's "LIQUOR not LICKER! She doesn’t lick cherries, she pops them”. Portsmouth queen Cherry is a resident host at The Hampshire Boulevard. She has performed in venues all over the UK since 2014, she is known for her campy, eccentric style that pokes fun at both new and traditional drag. Cherry is “Bubbly, Bananas and BUTCH” and we think you'll love what she brings!
HOST: ALFIE ORDINARY is the son of a drag queen and a clown. When he isn’t doing his paper round, he likes to sing and tell stories about his time at ‘Madame Le Coq’s Preparatory School for Fabulous Boys’. Alfie identifies as fabulous and we hope you think he is, too.
SHOWTIMES: Doors 18.30, Show 20.00, Meet & Greet 22.00
NB: Sometimes drag queen shows can run a little later than advertised due to unplanned for she-mergencies. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by late shows.
This event is 18+ only and the venue operates a Challenge 25 policy.

Artist Abandonment is covered by FORCE MAJUERE: In the event of any illness or accident affecting Artist, or if performance is rendered impossible or not feasible by any force majeure event not within control of Artist including but not limited to accident, bereavement, fire, riot, civil disturbance, strike, lockout or other labor dispute, act of God, order, rule, regulation or act of governmental authority, absence of power or any other essential services, failure of technical facilities, failure or delay of transportation facility(ies), lost or delayed performance luggage, the parties hereto specifically agree that: (a) all of Artist's obligations to the engagement(s) affected shall be deemed waived, (b) Purchaser shall not have any claim to damages with respect to the affected engagement(s), and (c) a substitution for an alternative event or rescheduled date may be offered to the Purchaser by the Promoter.
ESDR may sometimes need to put promotions in place for any remaining tickets on the day of events in order to cover artist costs.
