September is ESEA Heritage Month—a time to honor the rich cultures and traditions of East and Southeast Asia. In the UK, there are over 1.5 million people with ESEA family lineage, and we’re proud to share with you the warmth, hospitality, and creativity that define our communities. This month is all about embracing our heritage, arts, crafts, food, and of course, the to share our hospitality that bring us together.
Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, is one of the most beloved celebrations in East and Southeast Asia. It’s traditionally celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, which this year falls on October 7. But we’re seizing the opportunity to bring this festive spirit to life a little earlier with you! The festival is a time for family reunions, moon gazing, and sharing mooncakes—delicious pastries filled with various fillings, symbolizing unity and good fortune.
So join us for a celebration of community, creativity, and culture—because festivals are not just about traditions, but about making new memories together.

Indulge in a selection of traditional Mid-Autumn treats, including mooncakes, as well as Chinese teas and other festival delights. We’ll be serving Kungfu tea, a revered practice known for its precise art of tea-making, perfect for a mindful moment.
