ESF Monitoring and Evaluation Workshop
Mon 10 April 2017, 13:00 – 16:00 BST
This workshop is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). It is part of the VCS Assist 2.0 project which supports voluntary and community organisations interested in running ESF funded projects.
This workshop will provide participants with an introduction to Monitoring & Evaluation. Utilising easy to use tools such as Evaluation Frameworks, participants will be taken through a series of exercises to help them assess, evaluate and measure the impact of their projects and activities on their beneficiaries. Increasingly it is a requirement that voluntary sector groups provide proof that funding is being well spent. This workshop will help participants plan for evaluation and build it into their activities. Participants will learn how to develop evaluation frameworks that set out such things as evidence collection, how outputs relate to outcomes, and how to link a project to an organisation’s aims and objectives. Through these skills you will be able to show how your organisation is making a difference.
This is one of the only few free workshops on Monitoring & Evaluation. Refreshments will be provided.
