Description

This is a three hour workshop providing an overview of the ESIF interim claims procedure and compliance relating to the running of ESIF projects.

This workshop will apply to both European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and European Social Fund (ESF) projects and will cover the setting up of systems, the claims submission procedure and paperwork requirements for both expenditure and outputs. We will also cover best practice examples of claim systems and processes and how to manage composite claims with delivery partners.

The event will include an interactive task to get attendees involved in how to complete a claim and test what compliance looks like.

It is advised that anyone currently in contracting stage, initial delivery stage or submitting a Full Application for an ERDF or ESF project should attend this workshop. The workshop may be of particular interest for multi-partner projects who will also need to carry out composite claims. It is aimed at project delivery staff as well as those likely to be involved in the project from the organisations Finance and Internal Audit teams.
