Join us on May 23rd in a welcoming, safe, confidential space to share and write about your experiences. Anyone with similar stories who would like to write their autobiography can attend.
Windrush Scandal Survivors are welcome!
The aim
The ultimate aim is to help ESN school survivors and Windrush Scandal Survivors gain skills in writing their life stories and public speaking in order to campaign to get acknowledgement and compensation.
This will be accomplished through learning, sharing stories, medication, and writing.
Event Details:
- Date and Time: 23rd May 2025, 6 pm - 8 pm. The group will hold meetings every month. The dates for the next sessions will be confirmed soon.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10-5 minutes early for a prompt start
- Location: Room TBC, London Metropolitan University, 166-220 Holloway Rd, N7 8DB. The nearest station is the Holloway Road tube station (please note that this station is not step-free).
