As part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science 2016, Goldsmiths will be hosting a free half-day event entitled 'Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) in the Classroom'.
Aimed at teachers and parents, this half-day event will focus on the difficulties children with DCD (also referred to as dyspraxia) face in the classroom, with an emphasis on handwriting.
Speakers include Professor Elisabeth Hill (Goldsmiths, University of London) and Dr Mellissa Prunty (Brunel University).
LOCATION UPDATE: The event will now take place in the Ben Pimlott Building. A map is available here: http://www.gold.ac.uk/campus-map/
