I’m really interested, but I have nerves and resistance

Accepted Answer

Nerves and resistance are a natural part of the process, especially before stepping into a transformative container. If you are feeling the call and also feeling resistance just know that you are exactly where you need to be right now. Breathe into it, if it feels aligned, jump in and join us.

Do I need any prior experience to participate?

No, all levels and experience  are welcome

I’m pregnant, can I come to this event?

Accepted Answer

Pregnancy in the first trimester is a contraindication for this breathwork.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before your event start date. Due to the nature of the event, we have a
STRICT CANCELLATION/ NO REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT AND FOR NO-SHOWS.

What should I bring to the session?

- Comfortable, warm clothing + thick socks
- Water bottle
- Notebook & pen
- Blanket (we provide one, but bring an extra if possible)
- Fruit, snack, or nuts for after breathwork
- Mats, cushions, and pillows are available, but you can bring your own if preferred.

Can I leave the session early if I feel uncomfortable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are in control of your experience. You can slow down, return to normal breathing, or step outside if needed. However, we encourage you to trust the process—facilitators will support you throughout.

Will there be any physical contact during the session?

This is a hands-off practice unless consent is given. Facilitators offer energetic and verbal support, but physical adjustments are minimal and only if necessary. Let us know your preferences beforehand.

The live shamanic drum is used to activate and energize your breathwork journey. Its steady, rhythmic pulse helps guide your body into a deep trance-like state, allowing the mind to quiet down and emotions to surface more freely. It’s an ancient tool that supports deep release and transformation.

Tibetan singing bowls are instruments that produce powerful vibrational tones. These vibrations travel through your body, calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, and promoting energetic alignment. During the integration phase, they will support your return to balance and help anchor the insigh

Will the sound be too intense or overwhelming?

Not at all. The soundscape is intuitively crafted to support, not overwhelm. The drum is dynamic during the activation phase, while the bowls offer gentle, soothing tones in the final part of the journey. All instruments are played live and with sensitivity to the group’s energy.

Do I need to have any experience with sound healing to benefit?

Absolutely not. The sound elements are designed for everyone. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to listen deeply. Most people find the experience relaxing, powerful, and emotionally moving—even if it’s their first time.

What if I'm sensitive to sound or vibrations?

Accepted Answer

If you’re highly sensitive, let us know before the session begins. We’ll make sure to position you farther from the instruments or adjust volume if needed. The experience is entirely adaptable to your comfort.
