This course is designed to give you practical skills in using a coaching approach in the school-based leadership context.

You will:

• Be able to reframe observation feedback to become a lesson dialogue ensuring staff no longer feel judged but feel supported in their development.
• Learn to lead with empathy by understanding the needs, behaviours and viewpoints of those around you.
• Have the opportunity to be listened to & coached through your own professional challenges & goals

This is normally a 2-day face-to-face course. Due to COVID19, the course will be delivered via 8 x 90 minute online sessions.

Module 2

• Monday 7th March- 4:00pm to 5:30pm
• Monday 14th March - 4:00pm to 5:30pm
• Monday 21st March - 4:00pm to 5:30pm
• Monday 28th March - 4:00pm to 5:30pm
