When we focus on an experience in the moment (the feeling of breathing or the sounds in a room) our minds tend to quieten, allowing us to see things as they are more clearly.

As we become more aware of what's happening in our minds and bodies, we can give ourselves space to reflect before speaking or acting. This space allows us to see the connections between mind and body; cause and effect; between ourselves and others.

We invite you to share this opportunity to explore these Essential Connections using mindfulness, yoga and meditation.

Treat yourself to the gift of calm, space and relaxation - along with the promise of some useful tools to take some of this calm back to everyday life.

Suitability: No experience of yoga, mindfulness or meditation required.

What to bring: Feel free to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one. Some will be provided.

Please bring some vegetarian finger food to share with the group during lunch. Tea, coffee, snacks and water will be provided.
