This brand new Essential Leadership Toolkit with Project Management is especially designed to develop your skills to enable you to succeed in your leadership role; to get the best possible performance from yourself and others. The toolkit is ideal for people about to begin their first project or those who have been running projects already without any formal training. Plus you will explore a variety of alternative leadership styles and discover how to use them to get the best solutions in work situations. You will develop an understanding of the difference between leadership and management and why leadership is important within your team. Plus you will identify your own leadership style and its potential impact on your team’s performance. Delivered over two days and on completion you will receive an ILM Level 2 Unit qualification - Leading Your Work Team. This Toolkit is part of the Developing Leaders Project aimed at inspiring, enhancing and engaging leadership skills in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, part-funded through the ESF.
