Workshop outline:

The workshop will explore how best to delegate and overcome the barriers to delegation and develop your active listening and good questioning techniques which are key to handling difficult conversations. Strategies will be shared for managing conflict in the workplace and how to apply them on a day-to-day basis. There will be an opportunity to practice the five steps to having robust dialogues and great delivery conversations and explore how to adapt your approach to different team members and personalities. Finally, ‘time management’ and ‘priorisation’ skills will be covered to help you enhance your personal performance.
