Learn the key practices of mindfulness in a lighted hearted and gentle way, with an experienced mindfulness practitioner and teacher in a group setting.
Discover how you can develop a sense of ease within yourself and how to cultivate a positive mind set.
The two nights will include several techniques that you can use in daily life to practice over time, as well as access to on line recordings to guide you on your devices.
