Essential Money Skills: Cashflow and Forecasting - online workshop

Join Dirk Rohwedder of Enterprise with Purpose, for this FULLY FUNDED workshop which will help you to:

• Understand the importance of financial forecasting and budgeting tools for trading social enterprises.
• Understand the differences between budgets, forecasts and management accounts.
• Explore all three in more depth through templates and examples.
• Review your own tools and practices and explore improvements.
• Agree a financial action plan.
