This is a relaxed drop in for a “cuppa and chat” about oils session here at the centre. This is a space where you can ask questions about oils and how they can support you.
Learn about safety and dilution, and which oils to use -when. Come and find out more about the physical, emotional and energetic benefits of oils.
(Please note oils do not prevent, treat or cure. This is an educational, informative session, where you will also be advised to check any use of oils with your healthcare provider)
