Join 20A at Mind in Haringey for a morning of wellbeing, aromatherapy and sensory exploration.

Create your own bespoke aromatherapy blend using essential oils to support your mental wellbeing, to take home and enjoy.

This will be a relaxed and informal workshop where you can come along to learn about essential oils and how they can be used safely and effectively to support your mental health.

The workshop is led by Abi, aromatherapist and holistic facialist, founder of 20A Aromatherapy.

All materials and equipment will be provided. Light refreshments will also be provided.

You will take home a personalised aromatherapy product that you have created yourself.

Places are free of charge.
