This course covers the essential elements to successful sales calling with a proven method of achieving higher call rate success.

The key sections of this course are:

- Psychology of Sales Calling

This section of the course focuses on the basics of telesales. Delegates will explore the key skills and knowledge needed to deliver effective sales calls; as well as ways in which they can create a positive attitude and approach towards picking up the phone and making the sales calls. This section also explores customers’ needs and their expectations from a sales call.

- The Sales Calling Sequence

This section of the course investigates the 6 stages of the Sales Calling Sequence:

- Planning and preparation

- Introductions with Impact

- Questioning and Listening Techniques

- Product/service sell

- Objection Handling and Close

- Follow up Action

Delegates will gain an understanding of all stages and how to follow the sequence with every sales call they make. In addition, delegates will gain skills and knowledge to build on their existing telesales experience and improve their confidence on the phone.
