It is next to Market Dental. There is an arch way to the right, walk down towards The Maltings. There are lights that automatically come on.

Can anyone attend

If you suffer with any of the below a group setting is not advisable. That said it may work in a 121 setting so please get in touch to discuss. First Trimester, Pace Maker, Metal In Body (year1), Sound Epilepsy, Tinnitus, Sever Mental Health. 13+ parental responsibility

What to bring

Water, Relaxed Comfortable Clothing, Eye Mask, Pillow, Blanket, Yoga Mat (or camping mat!). Anything that you need to feel comfortable.
