Online Creative Journaling Workshop

Inspired by the beautiful journals created by people living along both sides of the Estuary as part of ‘The Water Replies’ project, this workshop will take you on a journey exploring the art of journaling through creative wellbeing exercises and fast-paced poetry.

Led by arts therapist and Netpark Wellbeing facilitator Emma Mills and spoken word artist Simone Kelly, this workshop is open to complete beginners and seasoned journalers, offering a fun, relaxed and supportive online session. With time for journal sharing and chatting too!

Metal Southend is based in the beautiful grounds of Chalkwell Park, hosting creative events and workshops from Chalkwell Hall, Metal Art School and a variety of local arts venues.
