This event is a full day event with no parking available on site. Please bring you own lunch or lunch can be purchased on university campus. Refreshments will be available on arrival.

This event is only for practice educators, placements tutors, on-site supervisors and academics working with social work students in the areas covered by the above.

For any queries please contact Caroline.bald@anglia.ac.uk

We look forward to welcoming you on the 25th.

Presenters on the day include: Dr Jo Finch, reflective practice, and Dr Theo Gilbert, compassion-based practice along with our usual student voice.

John Smiths Bookshop will be attending with a stall.

Please note there is no visitor parking at our Chelmsford campus, other than for blue badge holders. Rectory Lane has a long stay car park just two minutes’ walk away and the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre car park is on Victoria Road, only five minutes away.

The campus is served by two Park and Ride bus routes. Chelmer Valley Park and Ride Buses run every ten minutes from 7am until 5pm, and Sandon Park and Ride (8:40am until 4:00 pm). Further information is available on Essex County Councils website: http://www.essexhighways.org/Transport-and-Roads/Getting-Around/Bus/Park-and-Ride/Sandon-Park-and-Ride.aspx

The venue for the event is in the SAL building - passing Marconi on your left, passing William Harvey Building on the right, SAL is the last building on your right before the Sports Centre.
