In this workshop we will look at your eating behaviours with an open mind, understanding and acceptance. We will uncover your triggers that lead to overeating, binge eating, emotional eating and other disordered eating.

This will be a small group of up to 15 people, all at different stages of their lives. You may 'just' want to give up wine or chocolate or the issue you have may feel a lot bigger for you.

Most of us have a pretty good idea of what a healthy diet looks like but struggle to sustain it with willpower.

We will chat, do some exercises together on paper and I will lead you through a couple of NLP techniques. Neuro-linguistic programming helps you to literally install a new programm in your subconscious mind without the resitance you usually get from the conscious mind.

You will be sent home with a hypnosis recording ( worth £20 ) that you will then be able to listen to at home as often as you want.

You will soon feel the shift in your thinking, habits and how you feel about food and exercise. Starting to enjoy food again without guilt, shame and other unpleasant emotions.
