Estate Regeneration: What Next?

This symposium, hosted by Birmingham City Council and supported by MHCLG, will consider the way forward for the Estate Regeneration programme and will examine the challenges faced by different programmes across England and particularly:

  • Resident Engagement

  • Social Impact

  • Delivery Vehicles

  • Finance and Funding

As well as speakers from MHCLG and Homes England, there'll be the opportunity to hear from those involved in delivering Estate Regeneration with examples of best practice and potential solutions to overcome the shortage of funding.
