Join us for the ESU’s International Council Meeting 2025 in Kuala Lumpur.

ESU Malaysia proudly hosts the ESU International Council Meeting 2025 in Kuala Lumpur.

Delegates and guests will have the opportunity to engage in social and cultural activities, including a visit to the Petronas Twin Towers and a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Melaka.

From bustling street markets to delicious local cuisine, this is your chance to explore Malaysia whilst simultaneously connecting with other ESU members from across the world.

Travel: Delegates and guests are asked to book their flights.

Accommodation options: There are currently three different options for hotels for this event, please see below:

• Bronze: The Pullman Hotel here. This is where the conference will be held (£75 average per night +tax)
• Silver: The Pavilion Hotel Kula Lumpur(£103 average per night +tax)
• Gold: The Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur (£186 average per night + tax)

Please note that the International Council Meeting is reserved for ICM delegates only. However, guests and ESU members from across the globe are welcome to attend the celebrations over the three-day event.

The ICM fee of £550 should be paid in full via Eventbrite.
