There will be a recording available after the workshop to attendees. If you are unable to make it but have registered here on Eventbrite, please be assured this will be in your inbox within 3 business days.

What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?

The GDPR is a European Union regulation focused on data protection and privacy for individuals within the EU and EEA. It establishes a framework for how personal data can be collected, used, and protected, granting individuals more control over their information. We will focus on the UK version.

Is this workshop limited to organisations within the United Kingdom?

Accepted Answer

We are focusing on the UK GDPR, but these principles can apply in multiple contexts and industries as we are focusing more on the ability to do some of the work yourself, and countries like Canada also have similar practices. We also intend to personalise the experience to workshop attendees.
