Chair of the LSE Research Ethics Committee, Professor John Worrall, will discuss a number of ethical issues that have arisen during his tenure of the Chair of the School's REC from applications for ethical approval of research projects undertaken at the School. These issues will include concerns about informed consent, about data security, and about the use of deception in research.
