About this Event
The ETM Network is a network for Teachers, Educators, and Senior Leaders.
Every Teacher Matters Network is the first of its kind for teachers and senior leaders in education. The network helps a community of like-minded professionals to make well-being their priority, learn, share, and belong through, supportive networking and events. This is an on-line event.
This event once again, boasts an impressive line up of renowned experts and speakers. All will be sharing their own wisdom, knowledge and experience, centred around wellbeing.
Izabella Natrins - Eating to Beat Stress
In these tough times ‘stress’ seems to be a constant companion, especially for anyone with public-facing roles and those working with youngsters and students.
In this session, you’ll learn: the Why, What, When and How to eat for stress
• Why eating right can head stress off at the pass
• A stress-busting food group – can you guess which one?
• When you eat really matters
• How you eat matters too.
Izabella Natrins is a former health research psychologist, Izabella is a Whole Health Expert, a qualified Real Food Nutritionist and Lifestyle Medicine Health Coach, Author and Speaker and works in private practice at Izabella Natrins Food | Health | Lifestyle. She is the CEO of the UK Health Coaches Association, the first professional body for Health and Wellness Coaching in the World.
Izabella is also Real Food Campaign UK Manager, and as a health coach and a trained nutritional chef, she’s passionate about food-as-medicine. Her book, The Real Food Solution, is a treasury of evidence-based traditional food wisdom, recipes and resources for more energy, vitality and better health for people and planet. Nicky Horn
Nicky has worked in Secondary education for twenty years, as a teacher, tutor, head of KS4 and house mistress. She came to realise the importance of recognising each person for their strengths and differences.
She now seeks to help teachers, support staff and students recognise their strengths in the school and learning context and the impact this has upon their happiness and wellbeing. She is founder and director at www.unlockthepotential.org.uk

We help students and staff become more self aware.
Why - We believe that focusing on your strengths, makes you feel more confident, be more productive and develop positive well-being in work.
How – Using a BPS registered assessment for behaviours at work, we run 1:1 sessions and workshops to help people know who they are.

Jennifer Hall
Jennifer’s performing career coexists alongside creative and entrepreneurial pursuits.
Struck by their transparency and ethics, Jennifer became an ambassador for ultra-premium eco brand Arbonne International in 2013 running a business that spans across 6 Global Markets.
Later branching into Personal Development, coaching 121, events and online; working with names such as Dr Rohan Weerasinghe, Suzie Lavington and Siobhan Bermingham.
Passionate about bringing Personal Development with Mindset 'Bounce Back' Tools. Jennifer's community is a safe space to flourish, nurturing health, freedom and choice. Jennifer is a health, wellness and mindset coach with a focus on Intuitive Entrepreneurial Coaching and 'bounce back' tips.
She has created a system for daily success habits and allowing flexibility and creativity.
Her work reconnects her clients with their intuition, allowing blocks to shift and decision making to come from a place of acceptance and trust. She supports a collaborative practice to manage stress, live more mindfully and show up on purpose.

About the Founders and hosts:
Steve Waters and Suneta Bagri are on a mission to raise awareness and to help teachers, educators and senior leaders in education to lead fulfilling lives and encourage a positive mindset. The Every Teacher Matters Network is a way to support well-being and empower teachers, and to provide frustrated teaching staff with the tools to take responsibility for their well-being through coaching, learning and supportive strategies.
Your hosts for each meeting are Suneta Bagri and Steve Waters, both are passionate about the wellbeing of teachers and school leaders and will be sharing up to date information regarding these issues.
Suneta is a former headteacher, with a career spanning over 20 years in Primary schools, as a teacher, SENDCo and senior leader. She is a Fellow of the Chartered College. Suneta is an accredited (and award winning ) coach.She supports the wellbeing and mental health of teachers and school leaders, both individually and within the school context. Suneta has bereavement counselling qualifications and is a First Aid for Mental Health Instructor, accredited by NUCO through the Awarding Body First Aid Awards (FAA). She is director of Cultivate Coaching & Consultancy and founder of the Every Teacher Matters Project.
Steve has over 40 years’ experience in secondary education, including as Head of Drama, Head of English, Assistant Principal and a local authority consultant with a School Improvement team. He is a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College and an elected member of council. Steve is also a qualified Counsellor (BAC) and is a First Aid for Mental Health Instructor, accredited by NUCO through the Awarding Body First Aid Awards (FAA). As Founder and CEO of the Teach Well Alliance, Steve works in partnership with schools to implement a culture of staff wellbeing and mental health through his unique programme, the Teach Well Toolkit.
