Calling all Style Mavens! This November Etsy is opening its first ever Everyday Emporium – a 4-day pop-up on 2 – 5 November 2016 at Gallery Different, W1, which will showcase 100 unique designs of a single item each day to celebrate the differences that make us all unique.
The Etsy Everyday Emporium is a bricks and mortar store, curated to showcase the diversity of everyday items available to suit an assortment of different style and tastes. The pop-up will showcase over 400 items from designers across the UK in four of the vibrant online marketplace’s most popular product categories:
- Wednesday 2 November: Pet Beds
- Thursday 3 November: Clocks
- Friday 4 November: Mug
- Saturday 5 November: Cushions
Etsy’s online marketplace lists nearly 180,000 cushions, over 112,000 mugs, 40,000 clocks and over 11,000 pet beds, so everyone is bound to find the perfect item to match their personal style.
Best of all, your money is no good at the Etsy Everyday Emporium. Instagram is the only accepted currency, meaning customers can get their hands on the next stand out piece for their space in exchange for a snap. Customers share an Instagram from the pop-up, using the hashtag #DifferenceMakesUs, to secure their unique item. There’s only one of each item, so it’s first come first served!
Each day, ten lucky competition winners can also bag an item from the store. Entrants are asked tag @EtsyUK in an Instagram of their home that represents their personal style with the hashtag #MyEtsyUKHome, and Etsy will select an item that best reflects their unique taste.
The Etsy Everyday Emporium is part of the global Difference Makes Us campaign -
highlighting Etsy as the marketplace where there's something for everyone, and someone for everything. Celebrating the differences that make us unique.
