Event description
An EU immigration lawyer will answer EU citizens' questions about Brexit, the Settled Status scheme and no-deal Brexit.

About this Event

EU citizens living in North London are invited to a free information session on EU citizens' rights and Brexit with an EU immigration lawyer.

This event will take place in Enfield at The Dugdale Centre (Conference Room 1) on 23 October and will start at 18.15.

An immigration lawyer will provide up-to-date legal information about EU citizens' rights and Brexit, the Settled Status process and what will happen if there is a no-deal Brexit. After the presentation the lawyer will take questions from the audience.

Background: The EU and the European embassies in the UK have been organising similar "Brexit info sessions" with EU citizens across the UK since mid-2018 because EU citizens living, working and studying in the UK are looking for answers to their questions about how Brexit will impact their lives and rights in the UK.

Agenda:

18:15 Opening remarks (European Commission)

18:20 Presentation (Chris Benn, Seraphus Solicitors)

19:00 Q&A with the immigration lawyer

19.45 End of event.

This event is organised by the European Commission's office in the UK and the EU embassies in London in cooperation with the Mayor of London and Enfield Council.

Please note that this event will be recorded and live-streamed.
