Help us secure the best deal possible to prepare for the UK leaving the European Union
Jude Kirton-Darling and Paul Brannen, Labour Members of the European Parliament for the North East, have called for the region to have a strong voice in the negotiations for the United Kingdom to leave the European Union.
The decision to leave the EU brings an unprecedented array of challenges for the region, but possibly new opportunities, too. We are currently carrying out far-reaching research to identify the region’s key priorities and to understand what the North East needs in the exit negotiations from the EU.
We would like to invite business owners from all sectors and interested individuals to our consultation meeting at Sunderland Software City to help us make the case for the North East. Whether you voted leave or remain we are keen to hear your views on the impact of leaving the EU on you and your business.
Date: Thursday 3rd November 2016, 10:00-12:00
Venue: Sunderland Software City, Tavistock Place, Sunderland SR1 1PB
