EU nationals: how to protect your rights to study and work in the UK following Brexit
A talk for Sheffield University students and staff on Tuesday 6th December 2016 at 1pm in Studio, Level 2. Student Union Building. The one hour talk will be followed by a question and answer session.
Are you an EU student or worker? Are you concerned about what Brexit will mean for you (or your family) and want to know what you can do to protect your rights? If so the SU has arranged for respected immigration lawyer Chris Cole and Senior Immigration Caseworker Jo Holliday from Parker Rhodes & Hickmott Solicitors to provide a Talk and Q & A session on Tuesday 6th December 1pm in the SU Studio on level 2.
There will also be a limited number of free one to one 15 minute advice sessions available following the talk, you can book an advice session by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with subject EU advice request 6.12.16 , these sessions will be held in the Student Advice Centre and are suitable for people who are considering applying for permanent residence.
