We are happy to invite you to an in-person meeting of the EU Polar Cluster. Up to three individuals from EU Polar Cluster members may attend. We ask that only one representative attend from ended projects.

Aims of the meeting:

• To engage projects with the EU Polar Cluster
• To build ownership of the Cluster by members
• Networking of the Cluster member participants
• To determine the future structure of the EU Polar Cluster, moving beyond Task Groups
• To revise the Terms of Reference
• Determine events, opportunities and themes for future collaborations
• Consider new methods of communication amongst EU Polar cluster member projects

Our programme will begin on Tuesday 21st June at 13:00pm CEST and end on Wednesday 22nd June at 15:00pm CEST. There will be a networking dinner at Kamilou from 18:00pm on the evening of Tuesday 21st June.
