How to reach EuCheMS General Assembly 2015 Meetings Venue?

Airport to Vienna:

Taxi: it takes around 35 minutes and it costs between €30 – €35.

Train: City-Airport Tain (CAT) every 30 minutes. Terminates at Wien-Mitte; continue by subway (U-Bahn) or tram. Alternatively, there are several trains from the airport to the Main Station. Most of them (S-Bahn) are relatively slow. Ticket machines are at the entrace of trhe train station.

Bus: Airport Bus connects the Airport to Schwedenplatz, Vienna Westbahnhof (West Station) or Vienna Meidling. The Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) is close to the meetings venue (walking distance). Continue by tram or local bus.

Vienna to General Assembly Venue:

Tram: Line1 (every 6 to 7 minutes, fare is 2,20 €, coins are necessary ) direction Stefan-Fadinger-Platz (from City Center to GA venue) or Pater Hauptallee (return). Leave the tram at Johann Strauss-Gasse. The General Assembly venue is on the opposite side of the tram stop.

By car: There is a parking area at the venue. Entrance is at Schönburgstrasse 1. Please take into consideration the one-way roads in this area, you must drive in from Rainergasse (direction Wiedner Hauptstrasse).
