What is your refund policy?

Although we can issue refunds for tickets before the event, the platform fees will be non-refundable.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

thePoint4 leisure facility is fully accessible, including the toilet facilities and parking. However, the spectator stand isn't. If you would like to watch the games, please email comms@rnc.ac.uk and we can issue tickets for a different viewing area.

For this event FREE parking is available at thePoint4, with overflow car parking available at: Gardner Hall, Venns Lane HR1 1DT (directly opposite the entrance to Campbell Road) or Hereford College of Arts, College Road Campus HR1 1EB.
