Description

This morning workshop will be held at the Ropewalk, Barton and will close with a networking lunch at 12.30 pm.

This workshop will provide an overview of State Aid relating to the running of European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) projects. It will cover the complexities surrounding the investment of public funding into projects and the following key topics:

- What is State Aid including a background to the regulations

- How to spot and deal with State Aid

- Review of the Block Exemptions

- Ensuring ESIF compliance

- Common pitfalls and problems

There is parking available at the venue.
