The 2025 Eurovent Annual meeting will take place on 21-22 May 2025 in the Renaissance Brussels Hotel (Rue du Parnasse 19, 1050 Brussels, Belgium).

Guests can already book their hotel rooms via this link. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, firs-serve basis until 05 April 2025.

What is the Eurovent Annual Meeting?

The Annual Meeting is Eurovent’s major gathering for its decision making bodies. To foster transparency and community within the association, this year’s Annual Meeting will for the first time open its doors to all Eurovent member organisations.

Which sessions can I attend?

The CLOSED sessions are open only to participants of the respective Leadership Groups (e.g. Board, Commission). The OPEN sessions can be attended by all participants (e.g. Policy Panel, General Assembly).

Which sessions are OPEN?

The OPEN sessions can be attended by all participants. The OPEN sessions are: welcome lunch, Policy Panel, networking evening, General Assembly, farewell lunch.

Which sessions are CLOSED?

The CLOSED sessions are open only to participants of the respective Leadership Groups. The CLOSED sessions are: Eurovent Board (BD), Eurovent Services Company Board (ESC-BD), Eurovent Commission (COM).

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, the tickets are non-refundable. If you find out you can't attend personally, you have the option to pass your ticket on to a colleague. Please contact the Eurovent Secretariat (secretariat@eurovent.eu / +32 466 90 04 01) if you wish to do so.
