The 2O22 edition of Europe’s major gathering for key decision-makers in the area of Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies is going to take place from 25 to 28 October in Antalya, Turkey. It builds bridges between over 500 industry leaders from Europe, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and international markets throughout 50+ seminars, meetings, and events. The EUROVENTSUMMIT again offers a unique side programme and experiences that go beyond the usual conference experience.

When and where?

The EUROVENTSUMMIT is going to take place from 25 to 28 October 2022 at the Akra Hotel in Antalya, Turkey.

Unless otherwise noted, all meetings take place at the Akra Hotel. However, selected evening events will take place at external venues.

What to expect?

Dress code

During all evening events, the dress code is business casual. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the nice Mediterranean weather.

Spouse activities

Throughout the EUROVENTSUMMIT, high quality activities are organised for spouses allowing them to discover Antalya's sights and surroundings. Your spouses are invited to attend all of the evening flagship events, lunches and dinners.

Fee: 189 EUR

Spouse pass (blue)

Provides access to the spouse programmes on Wednesday and Thursday
Provides access to all lunches, evening events, seminars and amenities during all EUROVENTSUMMIT days
Fee: 189 EUR

Meeting only pass (grey)

Provides access solely to working group meetings (Eurovent Leadership Groups, Product Groups and Task Forces, ECC Programme Committees, EMI Committees, COPILOT and PRODBIM Leadership Groups)
Does not provide access to any evening event, dinner, seminar, or special activity outside the working group meetings and lunches
Administration fee: 14 EUR + related Eventbrite fees

Conditions

All ticket types include free lunches and coffee breaks.
For event passes acquired during the Summit (onsite payment), a surcharge of 50% on the respective online ticket price will be applied.
Tickets are 50% refundable until 30 August 2022. As of 01 September 2022, no refund is possible.
VAT invoices will be automatically issued after registering. According to Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC, the place of taxable supply for this event is Turkey. Ticket buyers who are registered VAT payers in Turkey are obliged to pay VAT locally, in form of reverse charge.
