There is an increased pressure on arts, culture and heritage organisations tohave robust monitoring and evaluation processes and be able to then communicate the impact of their work effectively. Funders investing in the sector have differing expectations, and it can be difficult to know if we’re focusing our impact measurement in the right place.

The course will cover the following content:
● The What, Why and When of monitoring, evaluation and learning
● Exploring quantitative and qualitative
●Creating your monitoring, evaluation and learning framework to apply to your programmes
● Considering what Trusts and Foundations are looking for and how to navigate the different requirements with confidence
● How to communicate your impact, combining data with narrative for reports, bids and the public
