Description

We are now at a stage when we would like to share findings with all those who have taken part in the evaluation, including:

  • Service users and carers

  • Social Workers and CCOS

  • Health care staff

  • Service managers

At this event we will present the findings from the research and introduce the evaluation 'tool kit'. There will also be an opportunity for all stakeholders who have taken part in the evaluation to give feedback and refine the 'tool kit' prior to dissemination.




Event programme

1:00 - 1:15pm - Welcome and outline of the event

1:15 - 1:45pm - Presentation of findings: What have we learned about the social care role in integrated teams? (Researchers from Nottingham Trent University)

1:45 - 2:15pm - Discussion and feedback (All)

2:15 - 2:45pm - Introduction to the evaluation 'tool kit' to support a continued evaluation of the social care role and its contribution to integrated team working (Researchers from Nottingham Trent University)

2:45 - 3:00pm - Working break

3:00 - 3:30pm - Round table facilitated discussion to support refining the 'tool kit' prior to dissemination (All)

3:30 - 4:00pm - Feedback from each table (All)

4:00 - 4:45pm - Next steps and closure of the event (Nottinghamshire County Council)

Who should attend?

The event will be open to all staff, service users and carers who have taken part in the evaluation. Invitations will be extended to Principal Social Workers for Adults in the D2N2 Teaching Partnership to support tool kit development and facilitate dissemination of learning from the evaluation.

Refreshments in the form of tea, coffee and other drinks will be provided.

Travel details

The venue has ample parking, and full disabled and wheelchair friendly access. If travelling by public transport, the closest bus stop is on Clover Street which is served by the Trent Barton 'Black Cat' and 'Ninety' services, and the venue is less than a mile away from Kirkby-in-Ashfield train station.
