Description

Would you like to evaluate the impact of your intermediate care service?

Living Well in Communities will deliver a WebEx series on evaluation methodology, training people from health and social care organisations, who can then apply their skills and learning to evaluate intermediate care services in their area.

The series will take you through the different parts of evaluation needed to create a comprehensive evaluation plan and the sessions will use real examples where possible. This will enable you to:

  • Develop outcomes for your service and create measures to evaluate the impact on people, staff and the organisation
  • Evidence how your resources and activities are linked to improving outcomes for people
  • Test your theory for change by identifying assumptions and external factors that could affect the service’s ability to deliver positive outcomes for people
  • Use learning from the evaluation to inform future design and build a business case for your service

Who is this for?

The series is intended for people who have responsibility for planning and delivering intermediate care services. This could include managers, clinical leads and front line staff.
