The Practical Philosophy course has been running in St Albans for over 40 years. It brings together people from all walks of life to discuss ideas and principles from some of the world's great philosophical teachings, eastern as well as western.
But this is just the start. The course of ten weekly evening classes is designed to help you grow as a human being.
By developing greater mindfulness and awareness, learning to access your own inner wisdom and applying relevant insights and practices into your daily life, you should find philosophy starts to make a real difference. Life becomes a little more peaceful, contented and harmonious.
You may even feel closer to understanding that most important of philosophical questions, "who am I?". You can book through Eventbrite, contact us for more details or come to our FREE open evening on September 15 (details also on Eventbrite) to find out more.
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you full details of the course and Open Evening, including timings, location and where to park etc.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a no quibbles refund guarantee. So if after, say, two or three weeks you really do feel it's not the course for you, we would give a full refund for the remaining seven weeks. Whether our members come for ten sessions, only last for three, or continue for years we want everyone to go away having had a positive experience and, hopefully, spread the word!
