With a focus on the Beverley Brook and the ponds, you will enjoy Mike's enthusiastic and knowledgeable talk, with many anecdotes and facts about the history of Barnes Common. You will appreicate Mike's fascinating insight into the lives and times of those who have trodden these paths before us.

This walk will last approximately two hours and will start and finish by Barnes Green pond.

We welcome anyone who wishes to, to join Mike for a drink at a pub where he will be very happy to answer any further questions or have a chat and to socialise (drinks not included).

This walk takes place outdoors and as such please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.

If the weather is warm, you may wish to bring a bottle of water.
