About this event
Experience a drawing class like no other.
These evening drawing sessions, broadcast live from the Royal Drawing School studios, are an opportunity for students to experience the dynamic and dramatic possibilities of the life room from home. Join students online from across the globe to draw from the model, theatrical sets, dancers, and more, with something new each week. Using a range of drawing practices, our expert tutors will guide you through a series of exercises over the course of each session.
This online drawing session, led by tutor Lindsay Sekulowicz, offers an opportunity to engage closely with nature. Through the lenses of artists, scientists, architects and other thinkers, you may draw from the ephemeral world of plants, observe the colours of mosses and flower petals, or reflect on the deep layers of time found in fossils and minerals. You will explore how slow looking can influence your work and discover how natural objects can serve as lasting sources of inspiration. All levels welcome.
