Hi there!
During these 30 minutes you will relax, visualize3, and learn how to prepare yourself to sleep well.
1) We begin with grounding breathwork aimed at disentangling our minds.
2) We carry on with a visualization aimed at enhancing our sensory perception.
3) At the end of every lesson, there will be a minutes chat with Andrea Signorelli, who is a dream researcher and the author of the lucid dreaming page @lucid.mindscape on Instagram.
